Sleep is such a crucial and vital part of a healthy balanced life, yet it is probably the most overlooked and neglected aspect of our busy lives.
How do we sleep better?
Gwen will discuss how to get your sleep back on track, how sleep impacts your every day and what you can do to optimise your sleep. She will provide you with simple practices and exercises which down regulate the nervous system and prepare you for a more restful and productive night’s sleep, which modern science now tells us is crucial for a healthy immune system!
The workshop will end with a deep iRest Yoga Nidra practice to get you into the sleep zone.
